125 High Street

Located in Boston’s historic Financial District with views of the Seaport, this 100-year-old wood-structure building converted the rooftop into an extension of the interior office. The green roof, made possible due to the light weight of Omni Infinity Media, includes densely planted trees, shrubs, perennials, and a lawn.

The programming varies to accommodate different tenants’ needs for meeting sizes in the green roof. Movable containers, light enough to move because of the Omni Infinity Media, allow tenants to adapt the space to their needs, creating intimate nooks or garden parties. Large windows offer views to the garden from the adjacent interior spaces. A planter with ferns, grasses, and a river birch hugs the ADA ramps.
